Note that this tutorial offers a comprehensive and detailed exploration of the subject matter, with the above points serving as a basic overview.
This is a very comprehensive tutorial and the above is a mere basic overview of what I go through in this tutorial!

This is one of several of Daniel’s lessons I’ve watched. His skills are clearly demonstrated in his photographs, but there are a lot of very good photographers and LR/PS artists out there. What sets these tutorials apart are that they are a) beginning-to-end — in some cases starting at location scouting all the way through completion, where most others are a ‘how-to’ of one specific aspect. The other difference is that he clearly enjoys teaching and wants his viewers to learn and apply these techniques. I look forward to learning more, developing these skills with the sample files he includes, and finally to applying all this my own portraits.

As mentioned in another review, its great that the tutorial starts with scouting the location and what to look for in terms of the light. Very enjoyable and useful.

This was one of the first tutorials I watched a few months ago, now after rewatching, I see the value of things I am picking up on better this time. Good demonstration of the Magical Eyes action.
