1. No Refunds on Digital Purchases
All individual tutorial purchases and membership subscriptions (monthly, yearly, or lifetime) are non-refundable. Once a purchase is completed, access to our digital content is granted, making refunds or cancellations impossible after payment has been processed.
2. No Refunds After Renewal
All membership renewals are final and non-refundable once the payment has been processed. Members receive multiple renewal reminders before their subscription renews, ensuring ample time to cancel if they do not wish to continue.
3. Subscription Renewal Notices
- Members receive advance email notifications before their membership renews.
- Renewal reminders may also be sent via SMS, on-site notifications , or other available methods eg Invoices and order send to your registered emails.
- Failure to read or receive these notifications does not qualify for a refund.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Members can cancel their subscription at any time before the renewal date through their account dashboard.
- Once canceled, access remains active until the end of the billing cycle, but the membership will not renew.
5. Payment Failures & Card Updates
- If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge the payment method on file multiple times.
- It is the member’s responsibility to update their billing details before renewal to avoid service interruption.
6. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Any unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed with proof of purchase and access granted.
- We strongly encourage members to contact us first if they have any concerns.
7. Duplicate Charges & Technical Issues
- If a duplicate charge occurs due to a system error, we will promptly issue a refund for the duplicate transaction after verification.
- If you experience technical issues accessing content, please contact us, and we will assist in resolving the issue.
